O Significado de «Woop Woop» ; The Meaning of « Woop Woop »
Este é o Post que muitos esperevam ansiosamente há muito. Os mais coriosos hoje verão realizado o desejo de saber o que é isto do Espirito WOOP WOOP. Neste texto, JF van Maldeghem, o Grand Master e um dos fundadores do grupo "THE WOOP WOOP SPIRIT", define este espírito.
O Significado de «Woop Woop»
O significado de "Woop Woop" é uma questão filosófica relativa à importância e à finalidade da existência humana e bem como à nossa relação com ela.O conceito pode ser expresso através de uma variedade de questões relacionadas, tais como: “Porque estamos aqui?”, “O que é a vida afinal?” e “Qual é o significado de tudo isso?”. Isto tem sido objecto de muita especulação filosófica, científica e teológica ao longo da história e tem havido um grande número de diferentes cenários culturais e ideológicos que tentaram responder e entender esse mistério.
Albert Camus observou que nós, seres humanos somos criaturas que passam a vida a tentar convencer-nos que a nossa existência não é absurda. Jean-François van Maldeghem, um “filósofo de vida” belga dos nossos dias, afirma, no entanto, que o "espírito Woop Woop” tenta estar longe destas considerações, tentando simplificar toda esta crença. Enquanto o significado de vida é diferente para cada pessoa, o significado de 'Woop Woop " só pode ser interpretado de uma maneira.
Woop Woop é uma expressão criada para expressar aprovação, felicidade, alegria e / ou excitação, geralmente acompanhada por bater com o punho no do amigo, ou, mais recentemente pondo as mãos no ar (geralmente, ao mesmo tempo na pista de dança ou enquanto se festeja). Isto demonstra um sentimento de extrema celebração, usado de forma informal. Se, por exemplo, um amigo, depois de uma entrevista stressante, diz: "Yeaah, tenho o trabalho!" ... "Woop Woop!" Será, naturalmente, a * melhor * resposta de sempre, nesta situação, para mostrar o seu apoio.
O significado de ”Woop Woop” está profundamente misturado com as concepções filosóficas e religiosas de existência, consciência e felicidade, mas não toca em muitas outras questões (como o significado simbólico, a finalidade, a ética, o bem e o mal, o livre arbítrio, ou o que há depois da vida)...a sua proposta é, principalmente, gostar de estar vivo e aproveita-lo, animar a nossa existência aqui e agora na terra, enquanto falamos ou nos divertimos em festas com os amigos. Continuamos livres para escolher que direcções vamos tomar: objectivos ou valores não nos são impostas. O “espírito Woop Woop“ é apenas uma orientação para nos ajudar a não nos preocuparmos com questões secundárias e uma fonte de energia positiva.

Como a Raphaëlle Pinon de Quincy, um dos membros do Group Corporation Board, gosta de dizer: “A Woop Woop everyday, keeps the doctor away!”. Este espírito, recentemente criado pelos seus dois fundadores, encontrou muitos novos adeptos em apenas duas semanas, provenientes de todas as partes da Europa! O quadro tem hoje mais de 20 gerentes de departamento, dedicados a este ideal, bem como á propagação mundial desta luz. Tome a liberdade de se juntar e experimentar esta forma de estar! Mas cuidado, provar é aprovar... Se tiver duvidas, será difícil de esclarecer. O “Espírito Woop Woop " não pode ser explicado, tem de ser vivido para se compreender!

In this text,JF van Maldeghem, the Grand Master and one of the founders of the group " THE WOOP WOOP SPIRIT", defines this spirit.
The Meaning of « Woop Woop »
The meaning of “Woop Woop” constitutes a philosophical question concerning the purpose and significance of human existence and our relation to it. The concept can be expressed through a variety of related questions, such as Why are we here?, What's life all about? and What is the meaning of it all? It has been the subject of much philosophical, scientific, and theological speculation throughout history and there have been a large number of many different cultural and ideological backgrounds trying to answer and unlock its mystery.
Albert Camus observed, we humans are creatures who spend our lives trying to convince ourselves that our existence is not absurd. Jean-François van Maldeghem, a nowadays belgian life philosopher, is claiming however that the ‘Woop Woop spirit’ is trying to be far from those considerations, and tries to simplify all this belief. Whereas the meaning of life is different for each person, the meaning of ‘Woop Woop’ can only be interpreted in one way.
It is an expression designed to express approval, happiness, joy, and/or excitement usually accompanied by a knocking together of the fists with a buddy, or more lately putting your hands in the air (usually while on the Dance Floor or while partying). This shows a feeling of extreme form of celebration, used in an informal way. If, for example, a friend tells you after a stressful interview : “Yeaah, I got the job !!” … “Woop Woop !” will be of course the *best* answer ever in this situation to show your support.
The meaning of ‘Woop Woop’ is deeply mixed with the philosophical and religious conceptions of existence, consciousness, and happiness, but don’t touch on many other issues (such as symbolic meaning, purpose, ethics, good and evil, free will, or the afterlife) ... its purpose is mainly to enjoy being alive, to cherish our present being here on Earth, while talking or partying with friends. We remain free in choosing which of the directions we will take: goals or values are not imposed on us. The ‘Woop Woop spirit’ is merely a guideline to help us not worrying about secondary matters and give us positive energy.

As Raphaëlle Pinon de Quincy, one of the Group Corporation Board Member, likes to say : “A Woop Woop everyday, keeps the doctor away!”. This Spirit, recently created by its two Founders, has found many new supporters in only two weeks, disciples coming from everywhere of Europe ! The Board has nowadays more than 20 Departement Managers, devoted to this trend, as to spread worldwide this enlightening. Feel free then to join and experience this way of behaviour ! But be careful, to taste it is to approve it… If you have more questions, well it will be hard to answer them. The ‘Woop Woop Spirit’ can barely be explained, it has to be lived to understand it !

Com apenas doze anos foi armado cavaleiro pela rainha D. Leonor. A sua história quase se confunde com a própria história de Portugal dos sécs. XIV-XV. Em 26 de abril próximo será canonizado pelo Papa Bento XVI.
Propõe-se um encontro para conhecer melhor o homem que combateu o bom combate e o tempo em que viveu, com as intervenções do P. João Seabra e de Pedro Picoito.
A sessão, que terá lugar no Palácio da Independência (ao Rossio) inicia-se às 21h30.
Entrada livre.
With only twelve years was armed knight by Queen Leonor. His story is almost confused with the story of Portugal over secs. XIV-XV. On April 26 he will be canonised by Pope Benedict XVI.
We propose a meeting to learn more about the man who fought the good fight and about the time he lived, with the assistance of Priest João Seabra and Pedro Picoito.
The session will take place at the Palácio da Independência (to Rossio) it starts at 21.30.
Free admission.

Nous proposons une réunion pour mieux connaître l'homme qui a combattu le bon combat et le temps qu'il a vécu, avec l'aide du Prêtre João Seabra et de Pedro Picoito.

O 1º encontro da corporação vai ser já na próxima sexta-feira, 3 de Abril 2009, às 8pm no Jockey club em Paris. As bebidas estão a cargo do nosso “Party Drinks Manager”, Steve de Romanet. Vai ser uma noite em grande!
Estão convidados os agentes do grupo para discutir o futuro do Espírito Woop Woop.
O Grão Mestre Honorário, Charles-Antoine Uvttenhove está a tratar das presenças, por isso se estiverem interessados falem com ele.
